Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers nice rooms, but there are big differences among them. I struggled to find room for a travel cot, yet they are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The service was especially appreciated as we traveled with a small baby, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to please. The location is good if en route from Flam/Gudvangen after a fjord cruise and Balestrand and locations north or east, but better options could be found elsewhere. The dining experience had limited choices, yet the buffet had a good selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive aspects.
The hotel offers mixed experiences with construction views from the rooms but provides the convenience of laundry facilities. The service is impressive though some areas may not meet a 4-star standard. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque surroundings, especially for families visiting Voss. The dining experience varies in quality, and the facilities are adequate.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and a great location surrounded by mountains. However, the dining experience could be improved with more options. The facilities meet expectations and provide a pleasant stay.
The hotel is going through some renovations, but once complete, it promises to offer a clean and ready space for guests after a day of skiing. The service is outstanding, with a personable staff, though there were some issues with handling orders. The location is convenient for skiing, but the surrounding farms can give off unpleasant odors during summer. The dining experience varies from very good to mediocre. Overall, a work in progress but with great potential.
I felt like I was in a cozy cottage with great access to the slopes. The buffet offered beautiful quality meats at dinner, although the absence of room service was noticeable. The hotel was perfect for skiing, with convenient access to the slopes and ski storage facilities.
